These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Adelaide Wheelie Bins ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. Adelaide Wheelie Bins provides waste management services, including bin hire, waste collection, and disposal services in Adelaide and surrounding areas.
1.2. By booking our services, you enter into a service agreement with us subject to these Terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, customer portal, by phone, or by email.
2.2. All prices include GST and are subject to change with notice to customers.
2.3. Payment is due by 2PM the day before your scheduled collection. No exceptions - late payments will not be accepted and your service will be scheduled for the following week.
2.4. If payment is not received by the cutoff time, your service will be skipped and a $2.50 late payment fee will be added to your next invoice.
2.5. For new customers, an upfront cost is charged that includes both the delivery fee and the final collection fee.
2.6. Payment is due before collection for all on-call bookings.
2.7. A maximum of 12 weeks is allowed between on-call collections. Bins not collected within 12 weeks may be retrieved.
2.8. We accept credit/debit card payments via our customer portal. Card details can be saved for automatic payments on scheduled services.
3.1. Bins must only be used for the waste type specified at the time of booking.

3.4. Overloaded or overweight bins may not be collected, and additional fees may apply.
3.5. Bins must not be moved from the delivery location without our prior consent.
4.1. You must ensure clear access for delivery and collection of bins.
4.2. Bin Placement: Bins must be accessible and visible from the road on collection day. Place your bin at the front of your property by 6AM on collection day.
4.3. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional fees may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect information.
4.4. For 7 Day Hire services, bins will be collected on the 7th day after delivery unless otherwise arranged.
4.5. For Regular Scheduled Collection services, bins will be collected according to the agreed schedule.
4.6. We reserve the right to adjust collection schedules due to public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.7. A missed collection fee of 50% of the service price applies if we are unable to collect your bin due to:

5.1. You are responsible for any damage to the bins while in your possession, excluding normal wear and tear.
5.2. You must notify us immediately of any damage to the bins.
5.3. We are not liable for any damage to property caused during the delivery or collection of bins, except where such damage is caused by our negligence.
5.4. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
6.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may incur a cancellation fee.
6.3. No refunds will be provided once the bin has been delivered, except as required by law.
6.4. For Regular Scheduled Collection services, 14 days written notice is required to cancel. Notice can be provided via email or through the customer portal. A final collection fee may apply.
6.5. Any account credit at the time of cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.
7.1. Our services are available in selected suburbs within Adelaide and surrounding areas.
7.2. We reserve the right to decline service to areas outside our service area.
7.3. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to certain areas.
8.1. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
9.2. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date.
9.3. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
